Rogers: My chatr
Chatr is a prepaid mobile service provider owned by Rogers Communications. Rogers partnered with Clearbridge Mobile to create a mobile self-service app that allows customers to seamlessly manage their Chatr accounts directly from their mobile devices.
McMaster University: JoyPop
Clearbridge and McMaster University underwent an intensive product strategy session to help distill the product concepts into an engaging mobile experience. Employing design thinking principles, the session delivered a thorough understanding of product goals, prioritized product features that would best resonate with McMaster’s users, and a clickable app prototype. The Design Thinking session produced deliverables including the initial app visualization, user journeys, wireframes, and a prioritized product roadmap to set the foundation for development.
ParticipACTION
ParticipACTION’s end user demographic was quite broad, with the app meant to cater to Canadians of all types over the age of 18 who weren’t meeting the optimal level of physical activity. Leveraging our custom Design Thinking process, we leveraged user and market research, user empathy, and ideation to develop a user experience that could meet the needs of users across different walks of life and demographics while offering a compelling and easy to use mobile product.
